This deliverable presents the SAFECARE global solution, its advantages from an end-user perspective, its specific components and their different ways of use in the crisis-management cycle. In addition, it details how to integrate the SAFECARE global solution in a hospital ecosystem and it presents the way each module can be used to improve the crisis-management process.
